Bob Mason has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force as well as the private sector.

In his military career, Bob commanded four different squadrons, including the Air Force's largest munitions squadron. He was also a requested guest lecturer on logistics leadership for the Air Force Institute of Technology's Advanced Logistics course. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Bob formed a company to provide leadership development and he has helped supervisors and managers fom companies such as Sandia Corp., Omada International, and Xerox, as well as the City of Albuquerque become better leaders.

Bob has been a regular presenter for the Small Business Development Center in New Mexico and is the Treasurer and President-Elect of the New Mexico chapter of the National Speakers Association. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Science in Aviation. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and is the author of four books: Planning to Excel: Strategic Planning that Works; Balancing the Generations: A Leader's Guide to the Complex, Multi-Generational, 21st Century Workplace; Don't Worry, You Can Do This; and The Art of Not Motivating.
