Steve Alltop draws on 24 years with the United States Air Force and a civilian career with private companies to deliver leadership training in several locations.

Steve is a former fighter pilot with 40 combat missions during Operation Desert Storm and commanded a USAF flying training squadron. He served in leadership positions for the Deputy Under-secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs and the Air Force Space Command’s Space Warfare Center.

Retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Steve joined the corporate world providing project management support for diverse projects providing high-tech solutions to the modern warfighter.

Steve is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering. He holds a Masters of Aeronautical Sciences, a Masters of Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional. He currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
