Prior to joining US Realty Services, John Allen was a private local real estate investor and pioneered many of today’s creative real estate investment strategies. He also founded and managed John Allen Realty.

John has worked with numerous governmental bodies, including the FDIC, FNMA and FHLMC and a wide variety of mortgage lenders to purchase both performing and non-performing real estate securities. John is involved in numerous other industry organizations, and has advised a number of individual and corporate investors on their real estate investing strategies. He is on the Board of Directors at US Realty Services, Inc. and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Orlando, Florida.

John is a graduate of the University of Florida.
