Jason Hargreaves runs the general operation of Bar 2 Limited, an Umbrella Company in th UK supplying service to all industries and offering stability to flexible (agency) workers.

Since 2001 he has overseen the growth of the company from a 400 employee base in 2003 to 2000 today, has been responsible for the implementation of 2 new payroll systems as well as developed an interactive website meaning the company now has a 24/7 operation.

In 2009 he was involved in the supply of engineering services to a large pharmaceutical company in Belgium via a client company based in Glasgow, a project requiring the secondment of some 150 skilled construction workers.

Jason has also attended many conferences on HMRC, HR and Payroll issues and is closely following the implementation of Real Time Information RTI, the biggest change to the UK's labour market since the 1950's.

In 2011 he successfully defended an Employment Tribunal claim aimed at recompencing an ex-employee for lost sick pay.
