Micha developed his ingenuity and get-it-done attitude early in his career, through working in high performing teams in more than 30 countries across 6 continents in Global Shared Services and large multinationals across FMCG, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage and Health & Wellness. He has been challenged on many occasions to find ways to reduce costs, introduce operational efficiencies, assist in revenue growth and delivering turnarounds in record time, avoiding losses where many others failed.

Along with revitalising global organisations through game-changing turnarounds, Micha dramatically improves the health of the corporate culture and workplace environment. With more than 15 years’ broad-based general management experience, he has acquired an in-depth understanding of each critical business function. He also knows that it is imperative for companies to continuously review sources of competition outside their normal, established competitors, as technology, business dynamics and global competition exponentially increase. One of Micha’s core beliefs and passion is that, in order for a company to transition away from "business as usual" and become a trusted and loved market leader, it shouldn’t lose sight of its most valuable stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers and customers.
