Jennifer Snyder founded VIMA Resort and Travel Club Services in 2011, driving travel service innovations that will transform how people view the travel industry now and in the future. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Snyder been instrumental in changing how customer service should be done and making it easier to find affordable and fun travel deals for vacationers everywhere.

Through her vision and passion, Snyder helped build VIMA from a start-up into a respected go-to company for small travel businesses. Today, she helps resorts and travel clubs meet their goals as well as providing bilingual support and specialized services designed to improve customer satisfaction and member retention.

Snyder, who has a long history in customer service and the vacation industry has most recently served as the operations manager for IRC Vacations Cancun based call center from June 1, 2008 until May 1, 2011. She was also charged with overseeing new member services with Sunset Resorts, one of the most innovative resorts in Cancun, Mexico from September 2006 until resigning in May 2012.

In March 2012, Snyder launched MatchDuck.com, a hotel booking site that offers hotels, resorts, motels, and B&B's worldwide.

Programmed for launch in fall/winter 2012 is Holiday Rentals To Go, which will be a major competitor in the vacation rental, sale, exchange market.

Snyder holds a degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Brown College.
