Tamara Rabenold is a licensed private investigator and CEO of Vaudra International, an investigation company specializing in Intellectual Property (IP), brand protection and corporate investigations. Previously in the marketing field, she transitioned into a career as a private investigator in 2004. Over the past 17 years, Rabenold has handled thousands of cases, working in every aspect of investigations. In 2014, she was named CEO of Vaudra, overseeing operations and management of the company. A leader in the IP industry, Rabenold’s involvements include serving on the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association’s (AASA) IP Committee and the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee for the International Trademark Association (INTA). In July 2019, she was appointed by N.C. Governor Roy Cooper to serve the investigative industry as a member of the Private Protective Services Board. The purpose of the 14-member Board is to administer the licensing, education, and training requirements for persons, firms, associations, and corporations engaged in private protective services, such as private investigators and security guards, within North Carolina. In January of 2021, Rabenold acquired 100% ownership of Vaudra, making it one of only a handful of women-owned IP investigative firms globally.
