Antoine Noble is the Founder and Executive Director of We Got Next Sports, Inc. (WGX), a nonprofit that focuses on positively influencing the lives of young people through the vehicle of sports. He is passionate about the vital role community foundations play in impacting the lives of children and has a heartfelt enthusiasm for empowering youth to realize their limitless potential in life. Responsible for the acceleration and realization of the WGX vision, Antione spearheads partnership development, the creation and implementation of program curriculum, and provides effective and dynamic management.

For 20 years Noble has been involved in sports-based youth development programs. Recognizing the power of athletics in building character and teaching valuable life skills such as responsibility and teamwork, he has been an advocate for sports participation. Since adolescence, athletics has played a huge role in Noble’s life. He attributes much of his success to the fundamental values and skills learned while playing in sports leagues and camps. With many underserved communities in need of sports programs, Noble strives to provide access to free programming in the South Bronx area to help youth flourish in an inclusive and safe environment.

Founded in 2020, in just a few short years Noble has built WGX into a fully operational entity that has set new standards in free youth sports experiences. Anchored in the notion of environmental resilience, WGX promotes that despite circumstances, children and adolescents are a product of the work they put in rather than their environment. Under Noble’s leadership, within the first 18 months of being established WGX became one of the youngest organizations to be awarded with a social impact award for its work in the South Bronx by Nike and Laureus USA. He has also steered the organization to address girl’s participation in athletics by expanding programming to include “She Got Next”, an initiative that encourages girls to remain in sports beyond the statistical ages when they usually drop out.

Prior to founding WGX, Noble held roles within the intersection of technology, business, and youth development. In addition to serving as Founder and Executive Director of WGX, he also coaches 3 of the organization's basketball teams as well as boys and girls middle school and boys high school basketball. Noble holds a BA in Information Technology from State University of New York at Delhi.
