With over 18+ years of experience in the human resources and staffing industries; he is one of the nation’s leading construction, engineering and environmental staffing professionals.

He has lead organizational wide recruiting, operations and human resource efforts for companies ranging from regional boutique staffing firms to multi-national fortune 100 construction, engineering and environmental corporations.

With an established career of accomplishments in all functional HR disciplines; recruiting, labor/employee relations, organizational development, training, career coaching, resume writing and business acquisition / integration; he has been primarily responsible for the success (growth, operations and development) of all organizational wide operations for each executive search and staffing firm he has lead. He has provided instrumental guidance to all his clients in the construction, engineering and environmental markets.

Utilizing his years of industry wide expertise and understanding of the full life cycles of projects he has worked on staffing some of the world’s most complex infrastructure and environmental preservation projects; whether public works, municipal, residential and multifamily construction, natural resources, environmental remediation or energy conservation and greenhouse gas management; he has lead recruitment and staffing efforts of executive to staff level technical and operational professionals with salaries ranging from $50,000 to $350,000+/yr.
