She's helped over 250 B2B firms grow their teams by find and advocating to successful sales/marketing reps why they should leave their current organization to come and work for you.

Prior to co-founding Worldleaders, she was responsible for growing a technology company from underperforming to one of the largest in its region. Outside of Worldleaders business, Karen has served on several boards dedicated to growing technology business and volunteering with several local colleges to engage students in sales and technology careers.

In her free time you can find Karen in the yoga studio, paddle boarding or canoeing on our many lakes or taking a scenic bike ride.
