A veteran in the Human Resources field, Zorha has been honing her craft and refining her own candidate selection criteria in the job acquisition industry for over fifteen years. Zorha has taken the industry standard, Applicant Tracking Systems criteria and protocols, and enhanced their parameters with a combination of her own behavioral interviewing techniques, coupled with the framework from other assessment tools such as ProfileTM, TeckChek, INTERQ, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.

In ZeeSeek, Zorha has taken the years of real-world, industry experience she has earned in the field and created an automated tool for employers to seek out potential employees. This application takes the process that Zorha has perfected and instantly applies it to a vast untapped professional pool of applicants. It allows companies and corporations to instantly assess and acquire quality team members, with the same care and attention to the individual that Zorha takes with each one of her personal clients.

Zorha has a B.A. in Speech Communications & Political Science from San Francisco State University, and a M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SPRM-SCP) along with several AIRS certifications.
