Pankaj Dhakare is a Commputer Engineer and an MBA in Marketing. He has percieved the creativity in his Graduation itself as he has created major National Level Event, named Da Vinci Code. THis was a completely new event never built before wherein the back-end program was Visual Basic based. Every level in the game was newly developed every year and promoted in a very attractive way. This made him feel confident and approached to a Management and Research Institute named Pravara Center For Management Research & Development Pune.
While pursuing his Marketing specialization, he created more then 50 Business Plans and presented two of them all over the city. During this he won many Business Plan Awards and was renowned as a Business Plan Creator. He got the Name as " THE CREATOR" form MIT, The School of Business in Pune, Maharashtra India.
While he was is his last semester he got an offer from a growing Advertising firm, A9 Advertising Pvt Ltd. He was offered the position of Creative Analyst. He then joined and created hundreds of concepts, helped with designing aspects.
Later within three months he was offered the promotion to Manager Creative Analyst because of his hard work and dedication.
In A9 Advertising Pvt ltd ( www.a9advertising.co.in ) Pankaj Dhakare is in charge of a creative department, which includes graphic designers, advertising project managers, freelancers, copywriters, and other supporting employees. Also in charge of directing the creative efforts of Creative Department & company, includes marketing, promotions, advertising, and public relations. Often the final word when it comes to branding and design activities for a company. In addition, Pankaj is in the Management of A9 and is also responsible for training new employees, taking decisions and implementing the process inside the systems. He is also working for international Clients and forward to pitching himself up with 360 degree media planning and getting the businesses of clients the targeted footfall and profitability.
