• 2007-2008: A leading member of the team that successful turnaround Radio-Tech limited (A Halma plc Group Company) from a loss making to a profitable company within 8 months, by taking over and leading Sales and Operations Team.
• 1999-2006 As Materials Manager and Acting Production Director of Keeler Ltd; I led the turnaround team that take the company from loss making to one of the most profitable company within the Halma Plc Group.
• 1997-99 A leading member of the management team that successful turnaround IBL Ltd from loss making to a profitable company within 6 months.

Acquisitions:
• Play a leading role in IBL take-over of a lighting company and an electronics subcontracting manufacturing company. In this process I undertook the integration of the three companies and put global ERP system in place.

• A proven track record of running a £3-£21m plus organisations with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience in sales and marketing.

• Experience of managing the sale of technical products direct and/or through distribution channels.
