As CEO of Ability Clinical Technologies, Scott has provided Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management software and support to clients throughout the United States, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico for more than two decades. His Las Vegas corporation, ProData Computers was listed in the top 10 consulting firms in Nevada. Clients included Teamsters Local 631, NevTel Communications, KLVK Television, actor Jerry Lewis and University Medical Center (UMC). While working with the Teamsters, Scott developed a software application to coordinate the dispatching efforts of 15,000 teamsters who provide services for all entertainment and convention industries.

Scott’s military background comes from serving in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician and Supervisor for the F-15 Fighter Aircraft. He earned the Honor Graduate awards both from Basic Military Training as well as the NCO Professional Military Leadership School at Lindsey AS, Germany. He also served on the 36th Tactical Fighter Wing’s Safety Council, responsible for analyzing and recommending safety and security improvements regarding a nuclear-protected hardened facility.

Prior to serving in the military, Scott was a Master Class “A” Mechanical Contractor in Ocala, Florida. Qualification included extensive knowledge of safety and vulnerabilities of structures.

In addition to military experience, Scott’s leadership acumen is credited to more than three decades with Toastmasters International. As a former District Governor in Central and Northern Florida, he served the 4000 members in the 200 clubs of the District.
