Paddy specialises in strategic planning, business development, global marketing & sales, and business transformation. His past projects have included: acquisition due diligence, deal sourcing, implementation of international sales strategies, development of go-to market strategies, and advising ed-tech start-ups.

​Paddy previously held various leadership roles at Laureate Education, in the USA, Italy and Switzerland, where he was responsible for business development, marketing and sales, and was involved in acquisitions, post-acquisition integration and turnarounds.

Paddy started his career at ING Group, focused on the development, financing, and investments in real estate. He earned his MBA in General Management and Leadership at IMD Business School in Switzerland, and holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Paddy has lived, worked and studied in seven countries, speaks five languages, and currently resides with his wife and four children in the alpine ski resort of Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland.
