He also played a vital role during groundbreaking conferences on the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights, fostering critical dialogue and green environmental action with representatives from various African countries and the UN commission initiative on human rights and sustainable ecology.

In 2019, Dibbasey executive produced Grab Di Mic, Gambia's fastest-growing performing arts festival.
