In 2017, Dibbasey's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Palm Entertainment, an artist management and event production company. Under his adept leadership, Palm Entertainment has been a driving force in the music scene, partnering with MJ Records and BTM (Busumbala Talent Movement), representing some of the region's most talented artists.

Before delving into the music industry, Dibbasey's commitment to driving positive change extended beyond artistry. As the Assistant to a United Nations initiative on environmental sustainability in Gambia called Action2015 and WWView (World Wide View on climate change), he played a pivotal role in overseeing communications and public relations for a Global conference hosted in 128 countries, including The Gambia. He also played a vital role during groundbreaking conferences on the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights, fostering critical dialogue and green environmental action with representatives from various African countries and the UN commission initiative on human rights and sustainable ecology.

In 2019, Dibbasey executive produced Grab Di Mic, Gambia's fastest-growing performing arts festival. He has become a cultural architect, shaping an annual extravaganza that ignites the heart of Gambian culture. Drawing a vibrant crowd of 2,000 attendees, the festival has witnessed mesmerizing performances by ST da Gambian Dream, Komboka, A'Tic Silva, Ezzah Accezz, Vybz Kalipha, EBrown, Gellin G, Bob Billion, and many other rising talents in poetry, comedy, and theater.

Under Dibbasey's innovative direction, Grab Di Mic has become a cultural phenomenon, fostering a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talents and captivate audiences with their magnetic performances.
