Thomas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AgileLaw, where he guides and executes the company’s strategy. In his role as CEO, Thomas brings over 12 years of experience leading software development teams and managing client relationships.

In his past life (and out of necessity as founder of an early stage start-up), he has been known to write code as well.

A native Austinite, Thomas attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC and earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science. While working as the Director of Development for Opus Healthcare Solutions, he took evening classes and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2006. After that, he joined Deloitte Consulting, where he was promoted to Consulting Manager before leaving in late 2011 to start AgileLaw.

In his spare time, Thomas loves spending time with his wife Lindsay and two sons, Emmett and Owen. He loves outdoor activities, such as golf, disc golf, running, cycling, and hunting, but finds it difficult to make time for those while juggling a toddler, an infant, and a start-up.
