Since starting in property management and real estate in 1999, Ricardo Figueroa has built a large portfolio of properties on referrals from existing renters and repeat customers. He joined Allegiant Management Group in 2013, working with a wide range of property types. Ricardo also has extensive experience helping owners with rehabbing properties and successfully getting them rented to qualified tenants. Prior to joining AMG, Ricardo’s background included real estate sales, which helps him provide the highest level of service and advice to his clients.
