 Michael is the CEO of Andromeda, and President of FlexePark. He is an international keynote speaker and author focusing on technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Michael has spent more than 25 years using technology to solve real-world problems.

As an Entrepreneur Michael focuses on solutions that provide true business value and always works to improve collaboration and communication between teams. He has been an entrepreneur his entire life, operating several businesses and founding 6 startups. He loves working with and advising other entrepreneurs and is always working on developing new ideas.

As an international keynote speaker Michael has spoken on 6 continents on technology, leadership and business topics. For his work in the technology community he has been recognized as a Google Developer Expert in Firebase and a Microsoft MVP in Developer Technologies.

As a software architect Michael focuses on the K.I.S.S. principle, keeping systems as simple as possible (but no simpler). Michael is passionate about accessible, secure, and user-friendly systems and focuses on User Experience and Serverless architecture. Since 1992 he has provided full-stack technology expertise to more than 90 companies, from startups to the Fortune 100.

Since 1997 Michael has been active in helping other developers grow in their career, as a teaching assistant, user group organizer, instructor, author, and speaker. His children's book Programming Languages ABC++ has sold more than 20,000 copies and has made its way into elementary schools across Indiana. He has also written two professional books on web technology: Approachable Accessibility and Architecting CSS.
