Jack Matasosky is a commercial/industrial real estate developer/contractor based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Since 1978, Jack has been involved in the development & construction of millions of square feet of new properties throughout the Midwest, including projects in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Past clients include Boise Cascade, Hitchcock Industries, Anchor Bank, Airlake Development, Ryt Way Industries, ConAgra and numerous others. His service to clients includes real estate acquisition, site search, design/build and facility modification. He is a principal in APPRO Development, Inc. – a design/build firm, and CERRON Commercial Properties – a full service real estate firm.

Jack’s passion for development is supported by an excellent staff. His team thrives in the opportunities and challenges which are the process of designing and building industrial and commercial properties. His commitment to excellence and dedication to the community flows over into activities involving international mission work, his role as past chair and active member of the Economic Development Commission, in 360 Communities, past president and active member of the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce and past Treasurer / Board Member of the Lakeville Education Foundation.
