Esteban Chaves Martinez is an ERP professional who has accrued extensive experience in project management, business change management and large business software implementation. Since 2009, he has been a serial entrepreneur in retail, food & beverages, distribution, construction, and other fields. Along the way, he has learned how difficult it is as a small company to work the software tools only big companies can afford to buy.

Esteban previously served as the CIO at important Latin American Companies, between 2004 and 2010, as the JDE Consultant and Project Manager. He is a natural leader who is known for his effective communication skills and his relentless propensity for organization.

Outside of technology, Esteban enjoys DJing and cooking. His mind is equally analytical and creative, lending itself well to situations that require sharp yet out-of-the-box thinking.
