Raviv Wolfe serves as CEO of America One Bancorp, an online mortgage lending brokerage, he has over 12 years of progressively responsible experience leading companies in the financial services sector. Mr. Wolfe has led multiple mortgage companies and publicly traded banks through start-up, turnaround and growth modes.

He also serves as the Director of Asset Management for America One Capital and Managing Director of Argon 1 Credit Facility.

Mr. Wolfe is a start-up expert, he has turned a profit in every business unit he has managed. In his first solo endeavor, with an initial investment of $50,000, he turned a profit in a remarkable 3 months and within a year had 50 employees and annual revenues of over $2,000,000.

Recognizing his internet platform lending expertise, Wintrust, an $18 Billion publicly traded bank, heavily recruited him to build a consumer direct lending division. Having driven all of his businesses and divisions through internet sourced marketing, Mr. Wolfe has seen firsthand the changes that the internet has made to the lending industry.

Mr. Wolfe commands a strong understanding of current technologies and is an expert in implementation and integration of multiple platforms and existing technologies. With a unique understanding of lending, risk management, technology, marketing and management, he possesses the skills to transition his understanding of internet lending to the NEAR PRIME consumer loans market.

When Raviv is not actively managing his business, he enjoys competitive cycling. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas.
