 Ron L. Wierks has over twenty years of experience in all phases of business development, investment, acquisitions, sales, management, renovation, reorganization, product placement and consulting for various business ventures.

Mr. Wierks owns RLW Real Estate Services presently working as a consultant for various investment companies which develop and revitalizes urban buildings. He has been responsible for the acquisitions, entitlements, and construction of in excess of two million square feet. Mr. Wierks is a partner with Warehouse on Earth an international trading company that supplies goods and services from the US and Asian markets. Mr. Wierks is also co-founder of U-R-IN Control an innovative mobile male relief bag. Previously he was owner and managing member of Davenport Commercial Management, which built various apartment and retail shopping centers though out the Northeast. First Realty Management, a subsidiary of Berg Enterprises, a NYSE COMPANY, has previously employed Mr. Wierks where as director of operations, had direct responsibility for overseeing $1,000,000,000 of real estate, which included 28,000 apartment units in thirteen states.

Mr. Wierks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Ball State. He also has taken postgraduate work in computers and real estate, working toward his MIS designation. He holds a Rhode Island Real Estate Broker License. Mr. Wierks has been actively involved in the downtown redevelopment program for Somerville, New Jersey and Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
