Dave Kaiser was the Manager of Variable Operations for the West Herr Automotive Group and was responsible for overseeing sales, software and process training of all Used Car Sales Managers and Inventory Control Managers for the 20 dealerships.

With 22 plus years of automotive retail and wholesale experience, Kaiser was part of an executive team that helped West Herr reach almost 40,000 retail sales.

For the past decade Dave have written process-training manuals for inventory management, trade evaluation, buying centers and pricing strategies.
