I am originally from the Dallas area and relocated to Austin, Texas, in 2005 to follow my dream and attend culinary school, I earned my Associates of Applied Science Degree, Cum Laude, from The Texas Culinary Academy (Le Cordon Bleu Affiliate) in February 2007
While in school, I worked at The Hills Fitness Center from November 2006, until November 2007. I left The Hills to become the Research and Development Chef for Vertical Sales and Marketing, Inc. of San Ramon, CA, where I develop recipes that are sold in large retail markets across the USA and Canada. At the same time, I have been providing personal chef services, cooking for private dinner partiesnd catering events of all sizes.
I am very passionate about my friends, family, and great food. I am glad to see meal preparation trending toward more healthy and organic choices, with the emphasis on locally grown sustainable options.. I love creating a healthy menu plan for people who are concerned with diet and exercise and sharing my talents and passion with them; I want everyone to be happy and healthy, and fabulous dining is the first ingredient to a great life!
