Steve gave his life to Christ as a young adult and went on to earn a degree in Biblical Psychology from Christian Heritage College. He spent several years as a counselor and administrator in Family Ministry and serving as a full time College Pastor. In the late 1980's, he entered the fast-paced world of mortgage banking and helped a long time friend build the 10th largest privately held mortgage bank in America. Steve utilized his training as a Christian counselor to work with hundreds of employees. But after several years as a successful businessman, his spiritual life was in tatters, his marriage had failed and the corrosive and destructive habits of the world had taken hold. With nothing left to lose, Steve faced a crossroads. He had to choose whether to believe that the abundant life in Christ was real or an elaborate hoax. Thus began Steve's personal journey into spiritual health and an honest relationship with Jesus Christ. Biblical Recovery was developed during this journey and is now available for anyone who honestly wants to live the life that Christ has promised us in Him.

We all must fight our way through the time grabbing, emotionally draining circumstances of our life and find the moments, however few, to open God's Word and let Him refresh our mind.
