Kathryn Marr is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Blue Ivory Creative. Growing up, she watched her family work hard every day to provide a great life for her, never taking time off or traveling outside of her home state of South Carolina. But Kathryn wanted something different. She knew from a young age that she wanted to explore the world, build her own future, and experience life with her children. Her own passion for entrepreneurship drives her to help other entrepreneurs to create their own lifestyle every single day.

Kathryn was involved in music from the early age of six. She played piano, flute, guitar and French horn and was extensively involved in the leadership of her middle and high school marching band. As a child, she spent hours deciding on the specific colors that would look best together in her coloring books; that passion and creativity translated into pursuing graphic design.

During her college career, Kathryn used her marketing knowledge to put together a benefit concert for a cancer patient, raising over $11,000 for his family. She was taught by leading professionals in the design industry; many of her professors were internationally published authors and her mentor helped develop the Adobe Illustrator software.

It was also in college that Kathryn was exposed to the idea of entrepreneurship and instantly fell in love with it. She invested time and money into personal development, attending international events with tens of thousands of like-minded people. At the age of 19, she led a national sales team of 30+ people, developing leadership and marketing skills. These experiences led her to found Blue Ivory Creative, with partner, Luke.

Kathryn brings a passion for entrepreneurship and creativity to the table and handles graphic design, web design and social media for her clients. She loves helping people pursue their dreams and be successful doing what they love to do, because that’s what she gets to do every single day.
