Rebekah England is a highly motivated, experienced senior manager who has worked within the travel and tourism industry for over 20 years. Rebekah’s background for the last ten years has been business to business (B2B) and she has held roles such as Managing Director, Head of Sales and National Sales Manager. Even though new to the Bolthole Retreats business in 2021, Rebekah has held senior positions at other holiday letting businesses such as Mulberry Cottages, Cottages.com and Hoseasons. Currently she is the Managing Director of Bolthole Retreats, the leading independent holiday rental company for the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Tasked with developing the company, she is embarking on a five-year growth plan that will see the business go from strength to strength.

Having extensive experience in identifying the needs of clients and delivering sales targets, Rebekah possesses a significant record of achievement in sales and business management success. She is able to quickly understand the mission, vision and values of an organisation. In addition, Rebekah understands that it is genuine people who are core to achieving the aims of an organisation and is competent at building a strong rapport with her team and her clients, understanding their needs and consulting so they too achieve their personal targets and remain long term advocates of the business she represents. She has proven experience in growing a holiday letting company and creating new processes and strategies for both the support of the business and its clients.

Rebekah has held a number of roles at larger travel companies such as Lastminute.com and Holiday Extras and comes with a large network of contacts in the travel and holiday market industries. Rebekah lives in the Cotswolds, the region covered by Bolthole Retreats, and offers her professional expertise and passion for the area.
