Rusty Foster has 12 years experience in fundraising, public relations and event management. He has actively secured five and six figure gifts for both nonprofit and political organizations. In addition, Rusty has experience in partnering with C-Suite donors and clients, board of director relations and volunteer management. He has partnered with several local and regional nonprofits to help them design and control their message.

Rusty is a life long resident of Loudoun County, Virginia, is a product of the Loudoun County Public Schools system, is active with the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association, serves as a Commissioner on the Leesburg Commission on Public Arts, and serves as a Board Member on the Loudoun County Family Services Advisory Board. He put himself through both Hampden-Sydney College and the George Washington University, and is the first in his family to graduate from college.

He was named one of Loudoun County's top "40 Under 40" for 2013 by Leesburg Today. Rusty enjoys assisting small businesses and organizations in achieving their goals and fulfilling their story.
