James has over 15 years of experience in securities and financial products sales and, latterly, product origination on global platforms with a demonstrated ability to create innovative products and enhancements in highly time-sensitive and challenging environments and has achieved relationship-based, consultative ‘sales’ targets. Having displayed team-oriented leadership of diverse groups, James has achieved high-reaching objectives within various cultural settings. James is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association designation.

James is an excellent public speaker and active in industry associations.

James serves as Chapter Executive for the Toronto group of CAIA.
