Alejandra has over nine years of experience in valuation and financial analysis. She has rendered numerous valuations of businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting standards (mainly impairment testing and Purchase Price Allocation), corporate tax planning, tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, lost profit calculations and economic damages analysis for litigation. She also has extensive experience handling the intangible assets treatment in the IFRS adoption procedure. Also, she has provided valuation services for public and private companies in several countries of North America, South America and Europe in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining BValue Consulting, Alejandra was Global Senior Manager of Financial Valuation Services at Levin Global. In addition, she was previously employed as Budgets’ Manager at Grupo Expansión (a Time, Inc. company) and was part of the KPMG’s Corporate Finance team in Mexico.

Alejandra has been invited as speaker to several conferences in colleges and specialized forums focusing on business and intangible assets valuation for financial reporting, as well as for mergers and acquisitions.
