Cude is credited with major changes and innovations in the sport of professional bull riding. He implemented the proprietaryMillion Dollar Bull Team Challenge where bucking bull owners purchase franchises and buck their bulls in three bull teams at CBR events and compete for big prize money.
The second format he is credited with during his tenure is the 8 Second format. CBR bull riding is a three round tournament style event with the final four "shoot out" round being a winner take all scenario.
