Rick Kendrick is an entrepreneur and top producing real estate agent. He is the Founder of The Rick Kendrick Team, a growing team of elite sales associates working under Chasewood Realty. Chasewood Realty is a boutique residential real estate brokerage headquartered in North Palm Beach, Florida. Rick is an Accredited Platinum Real Estate Professional "APREP", an elite membership of top Realtors throughout the World. He has been awarded multiple top producer awards including the coveted Quantum Leap Award from Craig Proctor Coaching.

Rick offers a number of unique selling propositions to his clients. The one he is most known for is his Guarantee Sales Program, where if a Seller hires Rick to sell their home and it doesn't sell, he will buy it for cash (subject to certain conditions).

Rick is able to offer more because he has spent time building a team of professionals to help consumers be in all places at once, greatly enhancing the quality of service his agency can deliver to their clients. This means his team sells a lot of homes, so they have extensive home selling experience and they put that to work for clients putting more money in their client's pockets.

As a philanthropist, Rick is on a mission to raise $10,000 for the Little Smiles Organization. For every house that his team sells, Rick and his team are donating a portion of their income to the Little Smiles. Not only home sellers benefit from his team’s award-winning service, but they donate a substantial portion of their income on every home sale to help the local children in the community.

Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Rick was a successful entrepreneur in another industry as well. He specialized in taking a business from the start-up stage to a profitable, publicly traded company. 23 years ago, Rick and two partners founded Wireless Cable of Atlanta, a private cable television provider in the Atlanta area. Beginning with only $500 in capital and an idea, he seized an opportunity to capitalize on the early phase of a powerful market trend that would eventually reshape the face of television. Rick spent three years as a board member for the Wireless Cable Association lobbying in Washington D.C and 10 years after his company’s inception, he and his partners took it public. Following the IPO, Rick stayed on board to grow the company until it was eventually sold to the third largest telephone company in the United States.

Rick resides in North Palm Beach, Florida with wife Karey Kendrick, Broker/Owner of Chasewood Realty, Inc. Rick is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in Marketing. He is a proud father to two adult boys, Ryan who lives in Nashville and Michael who lives in Jersey City. They share a passion for boating and are actively involved in the North Palm Beach Yacht Club.
