Christopher Ladd’s ability to create functional designs and to deliver the most difficult projects successfully has made him a global leader in the design and construction of industrial, advanced facilities, retail and mixed-use projects.
Mr. Ladd’s experience extends to projects ranging from 50,000-square-foot research and development facilities to 20 million-square-foot mixed-use complexes. He has managed a diverse range of projects, from integrated photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing facilities to hotels for WoodSpring Suites, the largest extended stay hotel brand in the nation. He is best known for bringing creativity and value-add to manufacturing and industrial facilities, including projects for industry leaders such as Bose, 1366 Technologies, Millipore, Procter & Gamble and FUJIFILM.
Previously, Mr. Ladd was a Principal and Retail & Mixed-Use International Business Unit Leader at Cubellis. Prior to that, he served with Gorman Richards Architects, The Robinson Green Beretta Corp. and Paul A. Azzinaro Architects.
Mr. Ladd received a professional degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, and in 2009 was awarded the 40 under 40 award by Building Design and Construction. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Boston Society of Architects.
