 Leonard Brazil is a litigation lawyer with a practice that focuses primarily on employment law and unfair competition. Leonard works closely with business clients to develop a workplace structure which nurtures positive employee relations.

Leonard Brazil joined Clark & Trevithick in 1983 where he is a principal in the litigation department with extensive experience in federal and state courts. Leonard's litigation practice is primarily in the areas of employment law and unfair competition. To assist companies in minimizing risks and litigation exposure in the employment arena, Leonard's practice also includes substantial advice and counsel work to management in such areas as wage and hour laws, establishing and enforcing employment policies and procedures, and assisting in pre-termination evaluations. Leonard also assists companies in conducting compliance with federal and state employment laws. Additionally, he is an active lecturer on a variety of employment topics.

Earning his bachelor's degree in public administration from the University of Southern California, cum laude in 1979, Leonard went on to Loyola Law School and received his law degree in 1982. While in law school he was the recipient of the Judge William M. Bryne, Sr. Trial Advocacy Award and a member of the National Trial Advocacy Team.

Leonard is actively involved in the American Business Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Employment Section of the Los Angeles County Bar, and a past chairman of the Community Advisory Committee for Special Education for the West San Gabriel Valley School Districts. He has also served as a Special Olympics Coach and is past treasurer of a fundraising division of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
