Tracie Copeland is the Broker-Owner and founder of Copeland & Co. Real Estate, an independent residential and commercial real estate brokerage in West Palm Beach, Florida.

As a native Floridian raised in Palm Beach County, Tracie has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Prior to Copeland & Co., Tracie owned a title company in Boynton Beach, Florida. In 2008 she began working as a residential real estate agent, and in 2015 earned her Florida Real Estate Broker's license and opened her brokerage.

Tracie Copeland has been featured on HGTV's My First Sale, and the Best Damn Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show with Joe Fairless.
