Mr. Lu is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in the industry and has been a member of the China Gold Association. He graduated from the department of mining engineering of Shenyang Institute with a master’s degree in Project Development. Mr. Lu has been providing mining and corporate advisory services to the mining industry for many years. In addition, he has held an outstanding track record with contract negotiations and company investment strategies. Mr. Lu is always working on new strategies and ways to increase our production and to make every year better than the previous one.
