Mr. Fernando was born in Brazil and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais, with a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Logistics and Marketing. Mr. Fernando has worked in variety of companies, such as Vale, Pepsico and Minbras. Mr. Fernando was a decisive factor in China'R' Concepts Ltd´ acquisition of the Volta Grande Project and has promoted since, the development and implementation of several strategies for the company while holding other leadership positions in different areas. Mr. Fernando is dedicated team is always working on new strategies and ways to increase our production and to make every year better than the previous one.
