Mr. Kim is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer in Beijing; China. Graduated from the Jilin University Law School. Mr. Kim has over 20 years of practice in areas of legal work ranging from litigation and conveyancing to corporate and commercial matters. In the course of a varied practice he has negotiated complex business transactions in a number of industries and concluded many agreements with private clients and government. In 2012, he was also appointed to the Audit Committee.
