As Senior Voice Engineer, Robert serves to monitor the platform and develop high-end application integration for the Hosted Desktop and the Hosted Voice Platform.

Robert Kruger has been in the Voice and Networking field for 8 years and is certified on every Mitel Technology, and holds Adtran certifications on Internetworking, and Wireless, and RF technologies. After working in IT pulling cable, and working on phone systems he joined the Army, and served 6 years as an intelligence professional, while in the army he continued to pursue certifications in the technology field, and after the army returned to the field as the Director of Technology for Converged Solutions and Services.

He is responsible for maintaining major Voice networks for companies such as Axelacare Heath Solutions, and Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance. Robert’s expertise allowed CSS to grow its hosted offering and implemented many new features and advances to the platform.
