Ryan Kruger is a Partner at Converged Solutions & Services (CSS) and has been working in the industry for 5 years. Throughout his time in the industry, he has been mentored by some of the leading figures in the Telecom and IT Industry. He has used this knowledge to gain a leading edge while growing into a “GM” role and Succession Plan for Mark Kruger at CSS. Ryan currently holds 12 certifications in the industry ranging from Technical to Sales and Management Certifications. When Ryan and Robert both became Managing Members, the team at CSS sat down and decided to position the company to focus on large multi-site customers and Call Center deployments. Throughout his time at CSS, he has helped Mark create and build out their “Hosted” Platform which was sold to DTS in March of 2016. “Everyday I look to grow and gain new knowledge in my industry, so that I can be an Expert in my field.”
