Nicole has practiced for over 17 years in the area of consumer and commercial creditor collections matters representing a clientele of banks, universities, senior living communities, advertising companies, and home health care agencies. She handles cases involving breach of contracts, tenant evictions, and mediations. As a member of the United States District Courts throughout Florida, she files Proof of Claims and handled "Motions For Relief From Stay" in Bankruptcy on behalf of her clients. Nicole pursues creditor claims against decedent estates and files caveats to secure notification of any estate proceedings for collection of debts against estates.

She has practiced in the creditor's rights area for most of her legal career. She was a partner at Yoss LLP in the Collections and Asset Recovery Department for 5 years prior to serving as partner at Gill Dion & Forsyth, P.A. She authored the Litigation Manual for both law firms and was able to apply her experience outside of the legal realm.
Community Involvement
Nicole is a frequent speaker on the areas of FDCPA, asset location, post judgment proceedings, and Bankruptcy remedies for the creditor for the past 5 years for the National Business Institute, Inc. and other corporations.
Nicole has been a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton for the past 8 years. She has served on numerous committees which not only serve the community needs also allow her to touch the hearts of others. One such committee was the Diaper Bank Committee which created the first Diaper Bank in South Florida and provides diapers to needy families through the assistance of various other organizations. Nicole enjoys bowling with the residents of Twin Palms which is a center for the disabled. This year, Nicole is serving on the Florence Fuller Committee to assist in promoting literacy, by assisting during their Family Reading Nights held in the Fall and Spring. Finally, Nicole is a member of the Parent Teacher Organization at a school in Boca Raton serving as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee raising the membership in the organization from previous years.
