Nicole Lindsay is the author of The MBA Slingshot for Women: Using Business School to Catapult Your Career (Praeger). She serves as the Director of Leadership Development for a Connecticut-based family foundation and is the founder of DiversityMBAPrep. Lindsay earned her BS from the University of Connecticut and JD/ MBA from the University of Virginia, and has held various senior roles in business, non-profit and academia.

Lindsay is the author of The MBA Slingshot for Women: Using Business School to Catapult Your Career (Praeger) and MBAdvantage: Diversity Outreach Benchmarking Report. She is the founder of DiversityMBAPrep.com, the only online community that provides MBA admissions coaching resources for women and minorities.
She began her professional career in financial services with Wachovia Bank, before accepting a position in MBA admissions and student affairs at the Yale School of Management, where she oversaw minority and women admissions and diversity student affairs. She later joined Goldman Sachs where she managed the firm's MBA recruiting initiatives at several top business schools. In 2006, Lindsay joined Management Leadership for Tomorrow, serving in various roles, including vice president of talent development. She continued cultivating talent, helping first-generation college students realize their college and career ambitions as the executive director of the non-profit, New York Needs You.

Lindsay received the 2011 University of Connecticut Honors Program Distinguished Alumna Award, and the 2010 Rebirth Renaissance Award for Perpetuating Excellence and Leading Generation Now from the New York Urban League Young Professionals. She currently serves on the UVA Darden School Alumni Board and Board of Directors of New York Chapter of the UConn Alumni Association.

Lindsay has been featured in CNN Black in America II, US News & World Report, TheMuse.com, and Forbes.com. She is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Georgia.
