Jerry W. Williams get results in an inexpensive, efficient way. He specializes in taking under-performing companies, making them profit centers and growing the small business into successful enterprises.

Since 1975 he has been in various positions including two major national banks. He founded a company that quickly came to be in the top five percent of those in the industry, within an 8 year period and has served in board positions with a not for profit as well as being a former vice-chairman of a political party.

Today he is working as a team member, consultant or Board Member of small businesses whose revenues are less than 10 million. Not only helping them to structure the team for best use, but also working to form sales and marketing departments using creative techniques such as joint venture marketing and helping companies to grow exponentially and dramatically in a very short period. The overall financial structure is also an area that Mr. Williams can perfect. Also, presently Mr. Williams serves as the local Vice Chairman of SCORE, where on a volunteer basis he consults with those wanting to start or grow a business.
