Stuart's Dynamic Hot Yoga is practiced in a studio heated to around 98°F - slightly lower than the recommended temperature for Bikram Yoga - allowing muscles, joints and ligaments to open more comfortably, helping to flush toxins from the body and providing the additional benefit of safely burning calories.

Stuart began studying Yoga due to a severe back, neck and shoulder problem, caused by a near-fatal car accident over 25 years ago. Yoga helped intrinsically to completely cure his spinal problem and left Stuart a devoted yogi and yoga teacher with a passion to inspire people with the many benefits of Dynamic Hot Yoga.

With over 18 years experience, Stuart has taught several thousand students across the UK, Europe and India. His own teachers have included Pattabhi Jois of Mysore India (founder of Ashtanga Yoga back in 1930), Gingi Lee (Sangam Yoga London), Sharath Ranagaswamy (grandson of Gurugi), Naranni (direct student of Sivananda) and Richard Wald (direct student of BKS Iyengar).

Stuart also teaches aspects of philosophy, anthropology and theology.
