Jeff Tully is the current President / GM of Earth Contact Products and has held this position since 2005. An industry expert and leader in the steel foundation products industry, he stresses the use of made in the USA raw materials for the highest quality products possible.

Through his vision, passion and dedication, Tully helped build ECP from a start up into one of the leading manufacturers of helical anchors in North America. He along with Brad Mitchell started ECP Utility as a division of Earth Contact Products to supply anchoring products to the electric utility industry.
