Dave has extensive marketing and sales expertise garnered as general sales manager, Shakespeare Hard Lines for North America. At Shakespeare he increased sales by $12 million, pioneered premier product lines and directed a sales organization of 61 full-time
professionals. He moved on from there to executive vice president, marketing and sales for consumer product company, CBC, increasing sales from $8 million to $40 million. CBC became the largest dollar volume producer for VF Corporation/Wrangler licenses.
