Darby Schafer built his extensive accounting software and top-notch accounting practices expertise in both large and small firms. He worked as an accountant and as an auditor for large corporations, major government contractors, and also owned his own small businesses. Darby has a first-rate understanding of the challenges of both owners and managers, gained during his experience solving the problems of high transaction volumes, meeting stringent auditing requirements and developing accounting solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Darby joined Equation in 2001 as a Partner and brings his accomplished, straightforward problem-solving approach to each implementation, custom development, and business analysis project.
