Jill Dominguez assists low-income and economically distressed communities to create wealth while minimizing poverty by promoting and creating business environments that attract private capital investment and livable wage level jobs. Since 1993, Dominguez has earned more than $100 million dollars in capital and investments for communities across the United States. Project skills include high-technology business incubators and technology business parks; design and construction of innovative micro-lending programs; credit management training; and affordable housing programs. Clients include the Enterprise Foundation, National Congress for Community Economic Development, the University of Southern California, and Rancho Santiago Community College. She has completed projects for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the FDIC, California Community Foundation, Louisiana State University and Washington State University.
