Justin Shoup

CEO

Justin started with Extermco Pest Control at a young age. He worked his way up through the ranks and is now the head of operations. Managing everything from technicians to marketing.
Justin joined Extermco Pest Control while in high school in 1994. During the summers of 1994-1997 he learned the details of being on the ground floor and worked his way up through the ranks as a termite and pest technician. After graduation he attended Carl Albert State College. While attending college Justin still perused his pest control career. In 1998, at 18 years old, Justin became a licensed operator in the state of Arkansas and a Commercial Applicator in the state of Oklahoma. Both are state licenses, required to operate with pesticides, and to operate a pest management business with employed agents. In 2000 Justin earned his Associates degree in "Business Management" and then attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. During his time at Northeastern State he continued all aspects of business as well as Entomology. (The study of insects)
Justin, very impatient, left Northeastern State in the fall of 2002 to continue his career with Extermco Pest Control.
Justin is currently the head of operations at Extermco. He manages the sales team, as well as the technicians. He handles all the advertising and marketing efforts also. Extermco's website has 10 times more traffic than anyone in his area and his Facebook page has one of the more followed pest control pages in the country.
Currently Justin is a member of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, Van Buren Chamber of Commerce, Arkansas Pest Management Association, National Pest Management Association, as well as numerous networking groups throughout his area.
